Latest Fees Cost of Registrar of Deeds Services Find out the fees and charges of transactions relating to properties (buy/sell), registering new DeedsWEB account, property search related queries, etc. In terms of section 9(9) of the Deeds Registries Act, 1937 (Act No. 47 of 1937), below are the approved fees contained in the schedules as made by the Deeds Registries Regulations Board under section 10 of the act effective from 1st April 2021.
